Concept To Completion

Custom millwork and signage gives you exactly what you want – the quality, the finish, the size – unlimited options. The process starts with drawings and specifications provided by your architect or designer. We often work closely with these design professionals to provide practical feedback and cost-saving suggestions. Computer Aided Design (CAD) is used to engineer the millwork and quickly produce shop drawings suitable for client review. Once shop drawings are approved, the CAD drawings are used to generate parts lists and cutting files for export to our Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment, creating accurate repeatable parts.

Once the parts are created, they are passed on to our experienced assembly team, who ensure that all details are correct and well-executed. Finishes are carefully applied in the controlled environment of our state-of-the art spray booth. Graphics or signage can be integrated at the most appropriate stage of the process for a cohesive look. Through each of these steps, expert craftsmanship is still critical to producing beautiful custom products that our clients expect.
